Dow Jones & Company, Inc., the parent company of Review Publishing Company Limited, publisher of Far Eastern Economic Review, and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Dow Jones") are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to Far Eastern Economic Review (the Review). This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the personal information of the Review subscribers and individuals who visit the Review web site at www.FEER.com (the "Review Web Site").

Other Dow Jones Products, Services and Web Sites
Dow Jones has many other products, services and web sites with their own privacy policies, such as the print and online editions of The Wall Street Journal and The Wall Street Journal Briefing at www.briefing.wsj.com (collectively, "Dow Jones Products"). If you interact with or subscribe to any other Dow Jones Products, even if you do so through the Review or the Review Web Site, the other Dow Jones Products' privacy policies apply.

Information We Collect
General: When you subscribe to the Review, register for E-Alerts on our Review Web Site, interact with Review customer service, and at other times, we may collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card account number and similar information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Surveys: We may conduct occasional surveys. These surveys are entirely voluntary and you may easily decline to participate.

How We Use Information Collected
We may use information in the following ways:

• For the purposes for which you specifically provided the information, for example, to process and fulfill your subscriptions to the Review or Review Web Site E-Alerts.
• To send you notifications about your account with us or to otherwise contact you.

You can let us know that you do not want to receive promotional materials by indicating your preference when you subscribe. Your information may be stored and processed in Hong Kong, the United States or any other country where Dow Jones has facilities, affiliates or agents, and by subscribing to our products and services, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.

We will maintain appropriate safeguards to protect the security of your personally identifiable information.

The Review Web Site
The following provisions apply specifically to the Review Web Site:

Links to Other Web Sites. The Review Web Site may feature content or services from third party web sites such as Newstand Inc.s digital delivery services at www.newstand.com. Remember that any information that you provide on any other web site is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policy at each other web site to determine how that site treats your personal information.

Web Site Usage Information. We may collect your IP address and Web Site usage information when you visit the Review Web Site. This information can help us to evaluate how our visitors use and navigate the Review Web Site, including the number and frequency of visitors to each web page, and the length of their visits.

Network Advertisers. We also may use third party network advertisers to deliver ads to you on our behalf. These service providers and network advertisers may be supplied with or have access to your personally identifiable information for the purpose of providing services to us.

Cookies and Web Beacons. We use cookies on the Review Web Site to allow you to move quickly through the web site and to facilitate the login process. The information that is collected through the use of this technology is used only to track responses to our advertising efforts.
